*Materials such as metal, sand, fill dirt, and shingles weigh a lot. Keep in mind there is an additional charge after 1.5 Tons.

• $275 for a 3 day rental. This includes one dump up to 1.5 tons.

• $325 for a 7 day rental. This includes one dump up to 1.5 tons.

*You will be responsible for additional dump charges if it is over the weight limit.

• Additional daily charge after 7 days.

Example: Small rooms like bedrooms, offices, or closets with standard junk (furniture, boxes, etc.).

2. Multi-Room Cleanout

Price: $400 - $600

Example: Larger areas like basements, garages, or multiple rooms with significant junk removal.

3. Whole Home/Full Property Cleanout

Price: $700 - $1,200

Example: Foreclosure cleanouts, estate sales, or full-home junk removal.
